Returns

We accept returns within 14 days after your order has been delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

For our made-to-order steering wheels, the 14-day return period also starts from the day the steering wheel is delivered to you, not from the order date. Steering wheels have a production time of 10–15 days before shipping, and shipping takes 10–17 days.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at carconceptorltd@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +1 (318) 654-1503 with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how to return the item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days after delivery so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
