These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through this website, operated by Car Conceptor LTD.

1. Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase a product. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. You will be notified if your order cannot be fulfilled.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout and are inclusive or exclusive of taxes as indicated. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout.

3. Order Processing and Shipping

Our steering wheels are made to order: production takes 10–15 days after your order is placed. All other products have no production time and are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery takes 10–17 days, depending on your location. Full details are available in our Shipping Policy.

4. Returns and Refunds

You may return eligible items within 14 days after delivery, in accordance with our Refund Policy. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

5. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you to offer a substitute, a backorder, or a full refund.

6. Warranties

Products are sold as described on the website. Any manufacturer warranties are passed on to the customer where applicable. We do not provide additional warranties beyond those required by law, except as expressly stated on a product's listing.

7. Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order before it has shipped by contacting us at carconceptorltd@gmail.com. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and is instead subject to our Refund Policy.
